Founder
Richie Lonsdale
Richie Lonsdale is the founder of Lonsdale Building and a licensed Australian builder, with a background spanning high-end residential construction, commercial fit-outs, structural work, project management and carpentry subcontracting.
His career has been built within the construction industry from the ground up. After completing a carpentry apprenticeship in Australia, Richie developed broad site experience before establishing and growing his own building operations.
Over the years, he has led construction teams, coordinated subcontractors and trades, and delivered residential and commercial projects from planning and structural stages through to completion.
That combination of trade knowledge and broader building experience shapes the way Lonsdale Building operates today — with an understanding of both the work on site and the wider construction program.
